Our florist couriers will be very busy bees from 12-14 February, with boxes of romantic red roses for Valentine's Day delivered Sydney wide from the start of the business day until early evening. To help us ensure a smooth process and lots of happy lovers, please make sure to read these important notes that apply over this period.
Q: Where do you deliver flowers in Sydney?
A: Value Flowers service the Greater Sydney area. Check out our full list of Sydney suburbs for flower delivery.
Q: Can I order different flowers and gifts than what's featured in your Valentine's range?
A: Due to the volume of deliveries we experience between 12-14 February, our online orders are restricted to the Valentine's range only for these dates to ensure quality control. We're unable to customise orders beyond what is available on our website.
Q: Can I guarantee my flower delivery time?
A: Sorry love birds. It's simply not logistically possible for us to provide or guarantee delivery times. Valentine's Day gifts and roses will be delivered anytime between 7am - 5pm (business), 7am - 7pm (residential) and 7am - 3pm (schools). The date you place your order won't be relevant to the time it is delivered due to logistical requirements.
Q: What if the recipient isn't there when my order arrives?
A: We get it, sometimes people do need to leave the home or office. If our couriers are unable to leave your flowers (because it is unsafe to do so, or the delivery address is incorrect), the order is returned to our design studio. Our team will then get in touch to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to double-check the delivery address and your contact information is correct. You can also add delivery notes when placing your order, describing where a safe and secure place would be to leave flowers if the recipient is not there. If buildings have a mail room or concierge they often require our couriers to leave Valentine's Day flower deliveries for distribution at their convenience, in accordance with the building's mail delivery policy. Orders with alcohol cannot be left unattended or be accepted by a minor.
Q: Can I add a personalised card message or change my card message after ordering?
A: Absolutely! You can submit a personalised card message at the time of ordering. If you wish to change your card message, you can do so by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 1300 852 452. Please note no amendments to card messages can be made after 6pm Saturday 6 February.
Q: Can I change my order or delivery instructions after ordering?
A: Due to the sheer volume of orders and logistics over these dates we have had to apply a cut off for changes. As of 6pm Wednesday 10 February, any order that has been placed for delivery between 12-14 February will not be able to be amended. If you wish to add items, a new order will need to be placed. Change of addresses can not be altered after this time. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply.
Q: Can I change/redirect my order on the day to a different address?
A: We're unable to redirect your order to a different address on the day. Please see notes above for cut-off times to change order details.
Q: How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?
A: If you have provided us with a mobile number, live tracking will be sent via SMS once your order has been booked with the courier.
