To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Value Flowers Sydney guarantee to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality product in all our bouquets and flower arrangements. And to deliver when we say we will deliver. To further assist in what we recognise is a highly personal purchase, our qualified team can also provide expert floral advice upon request, to ensure the most desired and appropriate end-product is delivered. Furthermore, all our flowers arrive with care instructions attached to help your floral purchase last longer.
If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers for a full replacement of your order. Please refer to 'Refunds & Returns' further below. It is our expectation to meet your expectation.
Quality & Flower Maintenance
As a family-owned and operated company, Value Flowers Sydney take great pride in the quality of our products and services. We are, however, selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable, ie. they have a limited life span, and we are unable to give an exact number of days they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions, and unfortunately once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surrounding condition may result in their longevity being reduced that is out of our control.
To assist, Value Flowers Sydney include 'Care Instructions' with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to maximise the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Value Flowers Sydney to guarantee the flower quality and longevity in every case.
Three Day Return Policy
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Value Flowers Sydney will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request. To assist us in assessing the product quality, Value Flowers Sydney reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Value Flowers Sydney also requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to the Value Flowers Customer Service within 3 days of delivery email: firstname.lastname@example.org
IMPORTANT: To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers so that we can show our growers/suppliers what has happened. As we are sure you can understand, we cannot arrange to resend fresh flowers if the original flowers have already been disposed of, or images within three days of delivery are unavailable.
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the Paypal account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
Attention to Detail - What You Have Ordered
Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their upmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery This policy applies to all deliveries including regional/interstate and overseas deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
Requesting Specific Delivery Times
Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF. Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm. Residential deliveries may be delivered up until 6.30pm. For funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.
Standard Delivery - Monday to Friday - $13 Flat Delivery Fee | Saturday - $15 Flat Delivery Fee.
Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays): Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm on the same day. Online orders placed BEFORE 2:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered the same day by 7.00pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements to the best of our abilities. If you have any other queries on time commitments please call Head Office. If a Sunday or Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.
Saturday: No problems! Our fleet of driver guarantee that orders placed online or by phone BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Saturday will be safely delivered by 5pm the same day.
Urgent Delivery Requests When it's urgent, it's urgent. At Value Flowers we get this. For Express VIP delivery that gets there by the time you need, select our Express VIP delivery option. Simply give us a call toll free and we'll get things rolling super fast and meet that deadline.

Delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays
Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day. If you require urgent delivery on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to check whether this is possible. Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Value Flowers Sydney is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
Gifts Which Include Alcohol and Liquor
Value Flowers Sydney sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult. Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
If the Recipient is not Home
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.

This year Valentine's Day falls on Sunday 14th February. Many people deliver flowers to the workplace on Friday as well as across the entire Valentine's weekend.

Please note that many schools will not accept deliveries without prior knowledge, so we encourage you to contact the school and ensure they are happy to accept items. A re-delivery fee will apply if the delivery attempt fails and the item will be sent the following business day.
If our couriers are unable to leave your flowers (because it is unsafe to do so, or the delivery address is incorrect), the order is returned to our design studio. Our team will then get in touch to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to double-check the delivery address and your contact information is correct. You can also add delivery notes when placing your order, describing where a safe and secure place would be to leave flowers if the recipient is not there.
If buildings have a mail room or concierge they often require our couriers to leave Valentine's Day flower deliveries for distribution at their convenience, in accordance with the building's mail delivery policy.
Due to the sheer volume of orders and logistics over these dates we have had to apply a cut-off for changes. As of 6pm Wednesday 10 February, any order that has been placed for delivery between 12-14 February cannot be amended. If you wish to add items, a new order will need to be placed. Change of addresses can not be altered after this time. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply.
No amendments can be made to card messages after 6pm Saturday 6 February.
This year Mother's Day falls on Sunday 9th May. We will be delivering flowers from our Mother's Day Collection from Friday through to Sunday, as we understand mum may not be home or have other plans on the official Mother's Day date.
Our standard delivery service is as follows:
Friday 7th May: Flower delivery will arrive anytime between 7am to 7pm (residential addresses) or anytime between 7am to 5pm (business addresses). Flat delivery fee of $13.00
Saturday 8th May: Flower delivery will arrive anytime between 7am to 5pm (residential addresses) or anytime between 7am to 5pm (business addresses). Flat delivery fee of $15.00.
Sunday 9th May: Flower delivery will arrive anytime between 7am to 4pm (residentail addresses) or between 7am to 5pm (business addresses). Flat delivery fee of $19.00
Please note our VIP delivery service will not be available on these dates.
Value Flowers will make every effort to deliver your flowers on these days as early as possible, however due to the high volume of orders we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Please feel free to contact our Customer Support Centre on the day of your delivery and we will endeavour to contact our drivers and narrow down and ETA for your order.
