Service rating : The flowers were better than what was pictured. The massive bouquet took up the door way. She was thrilled. The card it came with came out great too. I ordered from America online and it was no different than being in town in Australia. Delivery was quick and communication was clear. I highly recommend this company for flower deliveries. Service rating : Was excellent service. I ordered it bright and early in the morning, however, I assumed because I ordered it on the same day, it`d arrive in the afternoon. I was surprised to hear a few hours later, a call to confirm the address (since I made a booboo; Sorry!) It was a surprise to my partner and the Macarons were delicious, but also a surprise to me as the service was excellent.
