Delivery Area: Value Flowers deliver to the Sydney Metropolitan Region Only (if you require clarification of which suburb fits within this region email sales@valueflowers.com.au)

Standard Delivery Fee: $13 Flat Rate Monday to Friday | $15 on Saturday

Same Day Flower Delivery

Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays): Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm on the same day. Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered the same day by 7.00pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements to the best of our abilities. If a Sunday or Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

Saturday: No problems! Our fleet of driver guarantee that orders placed online. AEST on Saturday will be safely delivered by 5pm the same day.

Urgent Weekday Delivery Requests: Charges apply. Please email us at sales@valueflowers.com.au

When it's urgent, it's urgent. At Value Flowers we get this. For Express VIP delivery that gets there by the time you need, select our Express VIP delivery option. We'll get things rolling super fast and meet that deadline.

Our VIP delivery service is only available weekdays. Please see cost options below:

Mothers Day Delivery
Mothers Day delivery is available in SYDNEY METRO for Sunday the 12th May 2019.

Delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays
Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day. If you require urgent delivery on a Sunday or Public Holiday. Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.

Requesting Specific Delivery Times

Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF. Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm. Residential deliveries may be delivered up until 7.00pm. For funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Value Flowers Sydney is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.

Gifts Which Include Alcohol and Liquor

Value Flowers Sydney sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult. Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

If the Recipient is not Home

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Cancellation of an Order

Please Note: All cancellations will incur an Administration fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or are with our courier for delivery.
